This is just what mine weighed roughly. 25-28gr is perfect. One recipe makes roughly 8 buns.

I want to make these. How many does this make? I doubled the recipe. It states to make 25 gr size balls? It just seems small for the amount weight wise of the ingredients. 1 oz is 28 gr…is the recipe using 25 gr an oz. I redid the measurements according to 28 gr an oz.

Good day!

I followed the recipe but I ended up getting a gloppy gooey dough. I was kneading it with the KitchenAid’s dough hook for 20 minutes (speed 2) already but it didn’t become elastic.

Should I knead it longer?
